Yes, all beds use a normal 13amp plug! Some beds require 2 sockets some require 1.

We have never had any experience of such things happening however to be on the safe side you can lay a towel/rug down (we will not be held responsible for such as above)

Upon delivery you will be briefed on exposure times and what’s recommended. The bed will also have a warning sticker and advisory times regarding exposure.

While this is an exceptionally rare occurrence, similar to common light bulbs, sunbed bulbs may experience issues. If any problems arise, kindly reach out to us, and we will strive to replace the faulty part within 24 hours or provide you with an alternative unit if feasible.
